However, this pillow normally runs upward of one hundred dollars or better. I figured I'd give it a try since my bamboo miracle pillow was not performing any miracles besides giving me neck pain.When my malouf pillow arrived it seemed like the medium loft would be too slim and I contemplated sending it back without even giving it a try.I'm so glad I did.The loft is perfect to align my spine, and the odd shoulder cut out was such a unique concept to me. I am mostly a side sleeper, and the cut out gave me just what I was looking for. No numb arms or hands in the middle of the night. And the gel dough ..haha...made me laugh but I totally understand why they called it that. It's like a gel pillow in a league all its own.And for those wondering, yes you can put a regular pillow cover over it. The cut out sags in that spot so you can use any covers you want and the cut out will still exist.The chamomile spray was probably the one drawback. An added bonus that smelled weird and didn't add any benefit to my pillow I could see. That and the bottle was extremely tiny. Almost like a mall perfume sample.That aside though, this pillow is amazing and totally worth the price I paid.I plan on getting another to stow away for travel. Just the bestThis pillow is the perfect size to use for travel car/air or camping/glamping, on the sofa, on a chair with a high back. Once I used it for travel, I fell in love with the size and it is now my everyday pillow.I'm not a fan of my face being smashed into a large cushy pillow, only to have it leave me with wrinkles and this tiny, firm pillow allows you to hold your head in place with no pillow prints! ?I have 2 sets of these. Very nice. Probably the best pillow I've ever had. The first set I got for doing some stuff for a neighbor, the 2nd set I bought.This pillow is great! Have already ordered from this brand before, though not with the lavender scent. I love this one more as it smells so nice and the scent helps me relax and fall asleep. The cut out in the middle is awesome as I'm a side sleeper and my shoulder does not have to rest on top of the pillow. The pillow is quite expensive but so worth the money! Will buy many more of this pillow as needed! Tried to buy another pillow that was advertised as being similar but half the price price. Completely wasted my money! I should have just bought this one first and would have ended up spending less. Don't hesitate! Buy this pillow! When the lavender scent runs out, you can spritz it with the lavender spritzer it comes with to refresh the scent. No complaints!I had gotten a full size peppermint pillow from Kohls years back and was really excited to find a peppermint infused pillow in travel size. Alas, it's been a week and I've only been able to smell what I think is the off-gassing of the tencel? Not sure. It's not quite pleasant, but not so strong that it's awful plus it's been getting less each day. It's also a little bit more malleable than I prefer but some of my guests have said they like the softness so I guess I'll keep it on hand for when they come to visit. The size is nice - fits in luggage - and I like the little plastic carry case that it comes in. Really wished it smelled more like peppermint though :(EDIT: Raised two stars for exemplary customer service. I didn't realize Malouf had replied to me offering to send peppermint essential oil spritzer until over a year later, but they still honored the offer and I'm a happy camper now with my peppermint scented pillow. Thanks, Malouf!I have problems with hard hotel pillows. I always take along my little travel pillow and it folds up really small so I’m able to take it on trips. I have the larger size for home and I cannot use anything else besides these Malouf pillows.So soft it was kind of useless for an adultThought I was getting a normal size pillowdoesn't smell like lavender but has a very strong chemical smell after weeks of having it but its comfy for 50 dollars but my package says travel so a little upset with that as I got it for a gift for someone who has very bad anxiety Also pillow did not come with the sprayit wouldnt let me put a half starif I could ask for my money back I wouldThis pillow smells so bad of a chemical plastic I can't even sleep on it.
